Default Need Help Installing 04 tails!

Ok guys here's the story. My car is currently in the bodyshop getting the 04 complete conversion, I called up my guy this morning and he told me the tail lights do not bolt up exactly it needs some modifying. So I told him that I dont not want to deal with any modifications and dont want him going to the hassle. I told him to go ahead and just put the 03's back in. I've been thinking all day about it and have done some research and I really like the way the 04 talights look compared to the 00-03. So If someone can reply back tonight and help me put them in that would be great, then I could tell my guy not to put 03's by tommorrow morning and keep the 04's, otherwise I will just stick with the 03. If I dont have a reply by tommorrow morning then I will go ahead and have the 03's put in.

I've never done it (since I have an 04)...but here is a link I found....
(you will need some parts, and do some cutting to do this with this method)

thanks man, well I decided that for now I will keep the 02 tailights in. When I get some free time or if someone is willing to help me install them then I would put them on later. So for now they are just sitting in my basement.

It looks like a pain in the ass, but I can help you install them later on.

I have no problem cutting up someone elses car.

We typically meet on Thursdays, but there is no thursday meet this week because of the BBAB (Brad's Big-Ass BBQ.) So sign up in that thread and come on out. The BBQ is this Sunday.

Even if you don't have the car back, you are welcome to come and meet other owners and see lots of S2000s. Of course, if it's done BRING IT.

Pete,
But you sure had problems with drillin a hole through the plastic for the windscreen

BTW: Mike was a trooper and hooked me up with a replacement screen. Now the screen looks mint. Not a fingerprint or crazy glue mark in site

New speakers going in tomorrow.
Any suggestion in locating the polk crossover? Can I rap it in plastic to avoid water getting in?
