Hello fellas. I am looking for a property manager that can rent out my condominium in Museum Park Place near the South-Side. Any one out there is renting a place in the city using a property manager? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

 

check with a local Real Estate company, many times you will find a few Realtors who do Property Management

 

the apartment ppl to that kinda stuff.

 

the "apartment ppl"? who would that be if it's your property? if you are referring to having an apt complex owner (or their property manager) do it, I personally wouldn't go that route...most likely they have enough on their plate and won't go that extra mile for you if it's ever needed.
