Default Need help with opening my trunk!

I know its sounds stupid but I need some advice. I relocated my battery in the trunk and now its dead. I would use a key to open my trunk but I have no key hole! (CF trunk).
Help?

Hard way:
Assuming that you can get into the cockpit, you will have to remove all the plastics behind the seats. You'll be able open and close the roof manually to get around the roll hoops.

Once you get the plastics out, get someone small enough with long arms to either reach the trunk latch to release it.

Easier way:
Open your hood. I know the battery is in the trunk, but find the main line that comes to the main fuse box. You may have to unbolt the fuse box to get to the underside if there's not enough slack on the wire. Cut open the sheath enough to get an alligator clip from a jumper cable connected. Ground the other wire and connect the other ends to a working battery.

You should have power to click open your trunk now.

you dont even need to get on the underside of the fuse box, just connect to the line the 100 amp fuse is connected to in the fuse box.

How do you suppose he gets an alligator clip from an automotive jumper cable onto the terminal of the main fuse?

OP, if you want to go super easy, there are jump start units that can plug into the 12V adapter/cigarette lighter. You just need to keep it plugged in for a couple of minutes and then pop your trunk.

my battery is completely shot..i don't know if the cigarette adapter/charger will work.. I ordered a battery booster so hopefully i can get the gater clips on there... If that doesn't work I think the power wire to the battery is under the carpet somewhere..

I had this happen to me a few years back but i forgot how I got the trunk open. I need to rig up a manual trunk release.

My car is in a garage so it would be one hell of a push to get it up to 5mph. Thanks for everybody's help and input. I ordered a battery booster. HOPEFULLY I can get the clamps on the fuse box or even the main battery wires.

There might be enough juice in the little battery pack to pop the trunk. I think this is what he meant.
