Need help with preloading springs

Default Need help with preloading springs

I just put some espelir's on my car, however, the front driver side is still sitting pretty high. I have been reading that I should "preload" my suspension. I am not exactly sure what this means. And have never done it before. Can someoone either explain to me how to do this (I have searched and haven't found anything detailed) or come do it for me at my friend's shop (since he has all the necessary tools there). If someone could personally come and do this for me I would really appreciate it, I don't wanna break anything! I live on Cicero and Devon in Chicago. Thankss
