would you have spare keys made if it costs $75 versus the dealers $100+?

i, myself need a spare honda key made but i'm not ready to pay the dealer $150 to have a key cut and programed. i can upgrade/trade up my current scan tool for one that can program immobilizer keys. but the trade up will cost me heavily (scan tool is half the price of a used S2000) and i wont do it unless there is enough people out there that wants it done and make it worth the investment.

this is not limited to just hondas. any vehicle that uses chiped key that requires "dealer programing".

 

I would probably get one more key made, maybe two if I could get a blank one of the special "S2000" keys.

How many people do you need to make this happen? Can't you just buy it and then we can steal some benz's n shit to pay for it?

 

i don't have anyhting to cut keys except a metal file and die grinders. i don't wanna do it that way and neither do you. so it'll be a lot more convient if you get the key cut yourself and then bring it to me.
