Default Need Storage Advice

Sorry, I missed out on the events last week. Something came up and I had to stay home. Fellas, I need your advice. I am getting ready to park my S through winter, and was wondering if any of you have additional advice aside from what is in the manual. I bought jackstands from Sam's but when I measured it against the car, it seems to high. Any suggestions on jackstands?

don't put your car on jack stand over a long period of time. You will expose your shock shaft to the envirement and that will lead to rust on the shaft itself. Over time, it will cease and you will need a new shock.

What I recommand is over inflate your tire and just leave it. Fire it up once a week or once every 2 weeks, so no rust on your cylinder wall.

You can buy some wood planks and park your car on those. The wood has a bit of give to it so it's better than concrete.

PM "OhioRacer": https://www.s2ki.com/forums/memberlist.php
He recently did a compilation of all of the suggested winter storage tips found on this forum. He said he is willing to email this list to anyone who asks for it. If the search was working you could see all the threads with this sort of info.
