Polishing work can be done by Wheels America. Do a search in this forum (go back to the UMW link, and then look for the search "in this forum" text box in the lower right hand corner).

I've posted up name and contact information of the three shops in north western IL. I don't have them off the top of my head, or written down anywhere else.

Simon - for the polished lip, either try Wheels America as Urmil mentioned, or maybe talk to Donnie at Discount Tire. They send wheels out all the time.

I don't know where you're located, but if Duct Tape (makes me think of Red Green ;-) is anywhere near Plymouth, Michigan then I can wholeheartedly recommend Weldcraft.
