I just got word from Tricia that our friend Jason's AP1 Silverstone S2000 was stolen this morning in front of the whole foods in Lakeview off of Ashland. From what I can remember it was completely stock. You guys might remember seeing it at the last tech day performing a valve adjustment.

There were stiches on both sides of the convertible top and a hole in the third brake light from a BB gun.

That's my car. I could see my car from my front window. I parked my car at 1AM and woke up at 7:30AM for work. Looked outside and saw a different car parked in that spot. I thought it got towed, but there isn't permit parking in this neighborhood. Checked with city and nothing came up. Horrible morning.

Defining features on the outside is that it's an AP1 Silverstone with AP2 taillights and AP2v2 rims. The soft top has smalls tears on the driver and passenger side with the driver side having black stitches. I have a small hole from a BB gun in the third brake light. It also has circular dent right above the passenger rear wheel.

Yeah, I get my rental on Saturday. Still had full coverage on it.

I drive all over south eastern WI and northern IL for work every day, i will keep my eyes open

 

mother chuckers ask the chase bank if they can see if there was some activity that night. might be hard since its a bank but u can ask the gym or whole foods....
