What's the condition? Any "love-stains" on it? Any wear and tear on the edges that need to be mended?

BTW, is Phoenix your next temp-permanent stop (are you done with the Midwest)??? Why didn't you put a request to be placed in Denver ?

No stains or wear and tear, it is two years old and I would rate it as in very good condition. I am a single guy that travels a lot. I have no time to ever sit on it!! It has a slip cover that can be removed and washed. The underside is white and has never been touched!!

It's free for goodness sake!!

Yep, thanx, we are going to set up a time to go look at it and go over paperwork.

I dont have a break room. Only an 600 sq. feet of office and 2000 sq ft of shop.
