Default Possible Replacement for S

Guys i've been out with friends the past couple of days, shopping around for cars, not for myself but for them. During the whole process, ive started to get the itch for a new car as well. Looked at test drove two M3's the 6spd and the SMG. I was very surprised with how much I really liked the SMG tranny. I love the 6spd without a doubt but the SMG was a pleasent surprise. I also found great deals on two of em. But then I get in the S and I still love it. And then theres the whole 3g rebate on a new STI thats bugging me too.

But seems like everytime I close my eyes I see this.

SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!

I was looking at 02-03 used. Estimated Payments around 550 or so. Gotta call up the insurance company and await the bad news.

This again Daman? I'm just kidding bud. I love the M3 and I think it would make an awesome replacement for S2000, but like Road Rash said, the payments are a little too much for me. During the winter, I was considering maybe getting another car, but now that it's warm I'm happy with S2000. During that time, I was interested in a used M3 and also a G35 coupe. I think it would be a cool car to get if you are seriously thinking of getting rid of the S2K. Daman+M3=

Hmmm...maybe it's just cuz I've had my car for only a few months, but I rarely see a car I'd rather have than the S. Yes, the M3, Evo, STI, 350Z, vette, etc are nice...but I can't imagine them being as much fun as the S (especially for the price). I could be wrong.

That being said, the M3 is an awesome car. It would be nice to have torque. Should also look at it's competitor: the S4. I hear the V8's have a much higher reliability than the twin-trubos. I'd also look into a Vette or an Evo. G35's are nice as well, but fairly common.

Why don't you just get a supercharger?

They had major problems with these. It's a big money car (maint/repairs). Think about long term, Daman.

Just be smart about it
