Ive got to get me some, but amazon gives better deals. They only have a range of 2 miles. And thats only in "perfect" conditions. Probably going to pick some up in the next few weeks.

The Motorola radios have always been considered high quality.

I can get them pretty cheap if you need them.
I have access to the alkaline 3mile ranges to recharge 12 mile range.
I think some need an FCC license but I am not sure how to apply for this.

Anyway PM me with a model and I can reply with the cost.

I make no money on this - it is employee pricing.

Funny. There is actually two of them on the lab bench next to me but they are in a million pieces. Not much use. The transceivers look fried.

sweet...i'm looking at the motorola website right now. is there any specific one you'd recommend? that 12-mile radius one looks sweet, but i have a feeling it's a little unnecessary. i'll try and look up that FCC license stuff too.
