Default Recommendations for PDR and paint corrections

I have some dents I want to have taken out and also I want to get a paint correction done soon to get rid of my swirls.
I don't wanna take it to just any detailing place because my paint is swirled pretty badly and im worried about taking it somewhere, paying all the money, and it not coming out how id want it.
Also I have some marks on my quarter panel, it looks like someone tried using touch up paint with a small brush or something and i've been told it might possibly need wet sanding to get rid of it. But that might not be the case, so it'd be nice if whichever shop/person does the paint correction can tell me what it is and fix it.
Can you guys recommend any shops you've been to or post reviews on others

Theres usually a dent day once a year. You could just wait for that. As far as the paint correction, i dunno.

Erich the dent winzard at our dent day is the best.

As far as paint correction, go with someone who has done an s2000 before.

I could always lend you a hand and teach you the art if you would be willing to wait for me to head back up there.

Ive thought about trying it, I was kinda worried about just making it worse.
But id be willing to invest some time and money into it, a skill worth having as a car guy. Especially with a black car haha
When would you be up here? Im near the O'hare area

With the modern compounds and polishes and using a DA it's pretty hard to mess up a paint correction.

You could always head down here to Carbondale. Ive heard Southern Illinois is a little bit of a party school.

MuttGrunt does an excellent job with paint correction. He is also mobile at a cost. I would highly recommend him if you have the money.

I'm thinking of putting a $5-10 surcharge onto the event that will be contributed to the Epilepsy Foundation.

I'd like to hear about opinions on the charity surcharge. Please speak up about this.

So, we'll start a new thread on the event as soon as the final details are in place.
Sweet, glad I get to get them taken care of at a meet with people from this community rather than going to a shop.
Im fine with the 5-10$ charity donation, especially since im going to be getting work done there.
