Rolling Fenders
Anyone around Chicago roll fenders? TF works wants way too much. I was thinking of renting the tool and doing myself but I have never done it before. Any suggestions would help.

Its not quite as easy as it looks, I did it myself very slowly and the fender came out a touch wavy (if you look really close) enough that it bothers me but noone else seems to notice... I only did the fronts because you can always reverse that by replacing them, didnt want to f up the rears though.

Replacing them? That would suck, but I know what you mean. The s2000 fenders are really soft. Just bending the tabs up without caution will create a wave. Im sure a PDR guy will be able to tackle it for you.
TF did mine, for $150 I think for all four corners. that included rolling all 4 corners around my rim and suspension setup and relocating the rear tabs. They did a pretty good job. There wasn't any waviness at all. I left it in the morning and came back to it in the afternoon.
If I had to do it again, I would of had them roll the rears completely flat and then I would have just cut the front fender tabs off instead of bending them up. This would have been for a future setup of course.

You could, but there are spot welds there that might be of concern to you. You could probably cut maybe half of that lip off, but you would still need to relocate that rear tab and shave the bumper a little.
I honestly would just pay the $100 to have the rear done.

Yes just make sure you know what your doing. All cars are going to have spot welds there and possibly some kind of resin/glue. Some of your newer cars its better to shave the panels IMO then rolling them but I'm new to the S so don't know what is better on this car.
I had my fenders rolled on my first Lexus and they F'd them up bad! Ever since this I have had my panels shaved and never once had any issues. This car being a convert it may not be as safe so I would ask around before you do this. As for the moving of tabs or shaving them off and relocation you dont have to worry about this if you shave your panels. I had to also move the rear bumper bolt location and shave off most of the tab. This is pretty common from most cars that I have worked on.
Ill link this thread from CL for you to read. My car is pictured (same user name) so you can see my friend shaving my panel.
