I've got a ton of "chappaghetti" and an assortment of others...

I may do the same, with the kalbi. What are you thinking 1-2 packs? In a small cooler. Packed with ice... It should be ok I presume. I can also bring rice, we can cook it in the pot, haha. We can save $$$. Well at least for one meal... I'm not a huge fan of having a hangover when gearing up for a day of good driving, but I can bring some soju and beers. Or, I may just have to bring the ingredients to whip up some mojitos... Dunno if there is going to be ice readily available though.

Uh, I sorta already told the Carolinas group about the BBQ. But don't worry, they don't eat much.

Actually, I'll be having a wine and cheese pre-party...

If the plan is seriously to be BBQ'ing (and by that, I mean grilling), count me in to bring packets of burgers and hot dogs.

I think so...I actually toured the place when we were there in Nov. The website does not mention it specifically, so I'll send an email to be sure.
