Actually, the CRV was accompanied by the S2000 and a Prelude that was built for show and had accumulated probably 78 miles in two years.

Wife got sick of the CRV sitting on the driveway and convinced me to sell the Lude. Sold the Lude and got the CRV in the garage. Not more than a couple of months later, I deemed the CRV not safe for the wife to drive (I don't like utes of any size...just my thing). I got her a 3 series Xi (and modded that thing). The all wheel drive keeps me feeling good for her safety, and the car is well built.

So now I use the CRV as a daily driver in snowy weather, otherwise, it's the S2000 all day, every day.

The CRV is a VERY well kept 1998, CR-V EX model. Emerald Green exterior, gray cloth interior, will all options (except plastic extra wheel cover). 5spd, new tires, well maintained with 81,000 miles on the odometer. Never been in an accident, clean title, 2nd owner. On longer (interstate) travel, we get an average of 31 mpg. On day to day driving, I get 26 mpg on average. I use 92/93 Octane Amoco Ultimate on all my cars. I keep (and have kept) a log of all mileage, warranty work, problems, etc. on all our cars. The CRV has had no need of warranty work, or any other work due to mechanical failure (it has not needed to see a service bay in its whole life). All maintenance work has been done by me (I'm fairly experienced with working on cars, building cars, maintaining cars, etc.)

Since I keep a healthy supply of synthetics in the garage for all my 'specialty' cars, I decided that it would just be easier to use the same liquids/oils/lubes as used on them. So, transmission uses Redline oils, diff uses a Castol synthetic oil, and the motor gets Mobil 1 synthetic. It also gets a performance oil filter.

So far, the car has been a 'show' piece for my detailing work that I do on the side. You'll be surprised that it's a 1998 after looking at the exterior and interior.

If you are interested or know anyone that is, please let them know. Since I haven't seriously considered selling it just yet, let's begin with an asking price of $12,000 (but highly flexible/motivated for a serious buyer).

Oh yeah, it has an extended warranty on it as well.

What exactly is this "snow" thing that you keep talking about?

(Ah, old age does have its benefits... Like a short memory span!)
