Default Softop Repair

Hey S2K owners, does anybody know of a shop that can patch/repair the softop. I have a small 1 cm tear but it will get worse if I keep opening the top. I live in the O'hare area. Any places?

Try and find someone with a torn soft top that's throwing away the vinyl material.

Ask (or donate some $$$) for a few strips. Use those strips and adhere them to the interior side of your softtop. They will serve as patches, and if you've used multiple layers, as reinforcement.

It'll be a few more years until the patch wears through. That's the quick and dirty fix that you can do at home.
