I saw a younger guy driving a sebring with what appeared to be 18's top down today on michigan ave near UoM Dearborn, also had what sounded like invidia exhaust, but I couldn't see the name plate, (i was at the gas station)

I believe it was lowered, didn't notice any huge fender gap but i was a little bit aways
