That's just awful

I've had my top down for about the last week now. Above 40 and sunny? Top down. The S is the first vert I've ever owned so I can't get enough of the top down. Today otw to school it was especially nice. 68 degrees and sunny out. Needless to say, I took the long way home just to get more drive time in.
Finally! I dropped my top on my way home!!!! Wooohoooo!!
My eyes were tearing up (due to allergies) but I didn't care. Passed by a house with two boys outside riding bicycles. One of them saw me went by and froze up then I heard BAM!!! He drove his bike to the trash can!!! Then I heard his mom running out yelling!

actually, i'm wishing i had some time to throw on a coat of wax or two before i took the car out on the road. unfortunately, i've got work every day (and night this week)

I only have a few days of good weather here..I think on Sunday, it drops back into the high 40s
Top never comes off...both cars. In fact, wife's car has two hardtops; OEM and Mugen! Hardtop fo' life to you attention seeking top-down fools.
In fact many of you top-downers should do other drivers a favor and keep your tops up....Mocky, I'm talking to you brother!

don't worry buddy.. top doesn't come off (at least not on a first date
)j/k

Thanks for posting up the pic of the apb with the mugen ht...still on the fence about the tint..
haven't waxed the car this year... still on the fence on driving it.... probably will wait till i have time to wax it ...
I just added some thoughts in the apb thread.
As far as driving it without wax... What are you scared of? Just drive it, enjoy it, that's what it's there for. Go buy yourself some rolls of blue masking tape if you're so worried.
Worst come to worse, few years down the road your car needs a repaint.
