If there is someone with a drumel tool, I need to trim my rear bumper a bit more. Still not enough clearance, so close though...

Paul,

When I trimmed my rear bumper all I used was the fine tooth hacksaw blade and sandpaper to smooth the cut. Didn't need any paint touchup and I could go slow enough not to melt the plastic bumper.

Just an alternate thought

I used a variable speed roto tool with milling bits, and a cutting wheel to do the original job. Turned out pretty good, but it wasn't enough. Used vinyl tape as a guide. I had to keep rotations slow otherwise I would wind up melting the plastic, as you said. I did wind up with lots of plastic fuzzy bits everywhere though... lol!
