Default Thurs meet by O'hare

Hey
I would like to come down for a thursday meet, but you all keep having the meets to far west for me.
Can we get a meet close to O'hare, like we did that time at Hooters, it doesn't need to be Hooters just close.
This way I can get there in 45 min. and maybe some other Wis. people and other chicago people would make it too.

What'll think?

I'm down with the O'Hare Hooters. It's on my way home from work.

The idea of driving all the way out to Schaumburg or Hoffman Estates, hanging out, then driving back into the city by a reasonable hour just seems ridiculous.

We should take a poll of who works where, and find a central point.

Schaumburg is typically the central point considering the people that live out further west (towards Elgin), that live out further south (towards Naperville and Carol Stream), that live out further north and east (think Waukegan), and those that live in/near the city.

Other than that, I'm good for a Thurs. night meet 4/13 more towards the highway (be it 90 or 53) so that those from further away can make it.

If Hooters is what you all want, let's do Hooters. However, if you guys are ok to drive another 10 minutes from the O'Hare Hooters on I90 West, you'll be in Schaumburg. There's a whole lot of choice and a whole lot of parking.

Let's decide here, and I'll put up a new Thursday night meet thread up after we decide.

BTW -- The location for this weeks meet is less than 5 minutes from the highway. (I90 at Barrington Rd.)

I could make it from O'Hare to the meet in Hoffman Estates in about 20min tops.

Honestly, I wish more of the meets were further away from me so I could drive further to get to them. I like driving my car.
