Default Tinting Headlight Diffuser

I'm considering taking my headlight apart and tint the amber diffuser. I know a few members have done that to their car. I'm wondering if anyone can help me with this. I can provide food and beer (or cash compensation). Anyone who can help please pm me, your help is very much appreciated!

i thought about doing it for a while until i really researched it. it seems pretty common that peoples headlights don't seal right and you get condensation in them. just my .02 eventhough you didn't ask for it

I took every piece of electronics off of it..baked it in the oven at the lowest setting (105 degrees) for 10 minute increments until I got it apart.

While I haven't done it in an S2000, I did it with my first car. As Abnormal said, take all the electronic components out, then bake it in an oven at the lowest setting to heat up the seals. Another option is using a heat gun, but it might not be as even. Make sure the light is sitting on cardboard in the oven though, NEVER directly on the metal grills.

I wouldn't mess with them. As much as I hate cheap stuff I would buy a set off eBay and keep your oem sealed up so you can swap them back if you ever need to and less chance for leaks.

I wouldn't mess with them either. I'd be too scared.
