Well you posted this a while ago and do not say where you are..........
I have had a couple sets of tires bought and installed at Discount Tire on University in Midway.
On one occasion the tech pulled it to close to the curb and scraped the Sh*t out of the lower front lip. The apologized, and set it up to be repainted without even asking.
Not what I wanted to happen, but can't complain that if they screw up they won't make it right. They also did fine with mounting and balancing the wheels.

I am in the South Metro, Burnsville to be exact. I heard Norms tire in Saint Paul does a great job. They do lots of Corvette and Porsche. I will give them a shot.
