You can't stream or upload from the BBC since we don't pay the licensing fees in the States, in England everyone pays a license fee to the BBC to watch the programs, this is why they don't have commercials.

Or, if you have Sky, you could watch loads of TG repeats on Dave (it's a channel). I really wish they'd offer it as a package over here, I know I'd pay for it.
