We went to the beach this morning before we had to come back to the hotel, pack and check-out.

For those that don't know the beaches here are topless. We really didn't know what to expect to be honest. As it turned out it was really kinda weird. There were a LOT of way, way, WAY ugly people there. There were 40, 50, 60, 70+ year old women sunbathing and swimming topless. A lot of them were there with their husbands who were wearing speedos. It was actually very nasty. We walked along the beach and did see some hot, young girls going topless, but they were the exception. The most common were mothers in their 40s with small children.

Now it's time to pack up, and check out. We will go have some lunch, mabey check out some buildings and then head to the Airport.

Next update from Munich.

actually Harry, when I was in Spain, it appears that they have just tagged along with the rest of Europe and decided that "roundabouts" or traffic circles are a good idea.

Now while this doesnt sound too interesting in itself, go for a ride about 11pm onwards and youll find that these roundabouts are the "office" of many of the working girls in the area.

Each roundabout offering a different ethnicity, age, etc etc.

Brings new meaning to those old sightseeing coach tours

I arrived in Munich last night, and we went straight to the hotel. Nothing too interesting except, I saw a MCB S2000 parked near the hotel. I dropped off my luggage and grabbed my camera. I got some pictures of that, and will be posting them up later too.

Harry, I got a LOT of pictures from the helicopter, I will post them up.

We were at the Olympic beach which was reccomended by the hotel. Damn, hotel.

There are some roundabouts in Barcelona, but it is by FAR the most structred city I have seen here. Everything is on a grid, and the intersections are VERY strange. I got some pictures, but I am not sure if people will be able to tell what they are really like.

Actually a lot of the corners were used for scooter parking now.

It's a weird setup with an area down the middle of the street for walking or for cafes or shops.

I am Munich now, but leaving today. We went out to a Bavarian Beer Garden last night and had many VERY large beers. Good stuff. We have a 2:00pm Flight (7:00am in Chicago) to Frankfurt where we change planes and fly to Moscow.

We flew to Moscow through Frankfort. Unfortunatly, the flight from Munich to Frankfort was delayed. We ALMOST missed our flight to Moscow, but we had customer service pick us up at the gate and drive us to the departing gate. They walked us through security and customs so we could catch the plane here.

Like idiots we stayed up in the Hotel bar until 3:00am. Coupled with a time change of 2 hours from Munich, I am hurting today. We are here today, and half a day tomorrow. We leave at about 7:00 PM on Thursday, have a 1 hour lay-over in Frankfort again before flying back over the pond. We arrive at 9:00PM Chicago time.

Hey Lee, happy 4th of July!

Harry, we stayed south of city center. I can't remember the name of the Hotel.

It is good to be HOME.
