Just making sure it's no surprise to anyone who might go to the flea market at the same location this Sunday instead and wish that he/she was auto-crossing.

A word from the club board:

"There are a few things you should know about the TSSCC event this Sunday, July 11th, at Sears Centre…

We will use the West lot just as before, but grid and a small part of pit/parking will need to be in the event lot. We will need to use the access road between our lot and the building to pit/park most cars.

They were going to give us the Northeast lot on the other side of the building to park/pit, but we convinced them that we needed to have our cars and gear closer to our course so we could keep an eye on our stuff.

The change is due to a scheduled “Flea Market” that will eat up the area we usually use for pit/parking. The parking area just south of the building will be the food concessions and will be “roped” off to keep them away from our course. We will need everyone’s cooperation to watch out for “strays”.

Please be aware that we will need to conserve and condense parking as much as possible, particularly for trailers, please try to coordinate trailers as well as you can. A few cars will be able to pit/park along the east curb inside the event lot… but not too many!

Regardless of the Flea Market interference, I can promise a neat course that will start from the North end and deliver both challenge and lots of fun.

Be sure to pre-register and bring a friend… teach ‘em to autocross the TSSCC way!
