Wash and Wax day....
Lets put together a "Wash and Wax" day for Chicago area owners.
I'm open for suggestions on the weekend, the location, and so forth.
For me, the weekend of July 27th is no good, but any other weekend prior to it is very good (maybe not July 4th weekend).

Dammit...I forgot about the Dragon run! I may have to skip the Dragon run this year.
WestSide, if you come down for a "wash and wax' day, we'll have to make a bigger day of it rather than just a wash and wax thing. Unfortunately the TSD rally will not work out this summer, but maybe we can put together a small 10-15 car 1-2 day rally.

Well...here's an idea (i'm just tossing this one out):
If we do the wash and wax thing on the 13th....we can head to the city (Chicago of course) and I have a party we can go to at a bar called Bootleggers. I can invite anyone I want and you all should come down and have a few drinks! If the wash and wax thing doesn't fall on that day...stop by anyway.

PASS THE WORD, on July 13th, Saturday at 8:00 p.m. A bunch of us are getting together at:

To celebrate Annette's completion of her first Master's class at Wisconsin. The party starts early for a reason. At 8:00 p.m. all domestic beers, wine & soda are FREE!!!!! Then at 9:00 any drink in the house is $2.00. After 10p.m. its regular price.

Urmil: The dragon run on the 13th is just a summer fun run. Nothing really formal planned around it, just lots of driving on the dragon, cherohala, and surrounding roads. Dragonball, the formal event, is the weekend of September 14th.
Also, don't worry too much about planning anything around me - if I come to the city I'll just wing it and go out with Stevens or whoever wants to. In fact I still owe Harry a drink or 2. It just gives me an excuse to not be in Fort Wayne

You guys pick a weekend, and I'll announce it to the local owners.
I can host it at my house, but would like to include members from other areas...so I'd rather not turn them off by having to drive all the way out to Algonquin.
Someone just volunteer a spot and a weekend.
If no one can, my house can be used.

I don't claim to be a master, but I do know my way around the finer points of detailing a car. Did you already have the clay bar, or would you need me to bring mine?
