So I'm ditching class tonight and then "working" from home tomorrow morning...
Need to pack and prepare... I think the cooler I bought is too big for my trunk... I should have done a test fit. Oh well.
This wasn't an issue as I would have used the passenger seat, but the gf might be coming, so space is now going to be at a premium... I think the sub is going to have to come out.
can't wait!

I am....and I think Naseeb is as well. If we need/want to take them off for a drive on the Dragon, we'll leave them in the rooms or the cabins.
I dont think its going to be as big in there as you think.
I was going to leave mine at home just cause it would be ridiculous to take it off.

heh. yea cause just what we need is three gigantic > two thousand dollar breakable items all over the floor of our cabin (aka the drunk tank).

The hardtop may serve you well for the long drive down and back (depending on your perspective to the convertible aspect of the car). I'm sure we'll have room for the tops. I know mine is ok to lean against a wall and doesn't need the flat floor space. If I take my top off for a day run, it'll be back on the car before I go to bed (so if I must, the hardtop can sit on the actual bed until I go to sleep).
BTW, if I only got $2k back from insurance for a broken hardtop, you'll find me in the bathroom sobbing like a little girl.
If you're hesitant in bringing the hardtop because the possibility of "offending" your roommates for the weekend because of the floor space you'll be taking up, I say don't worry about it. There may be far worse offenses going on this weekend.
