Default What diff fluid do you use?

So I want to replace my diff fluid but I am not sure which fluid to get. What do you guys use?

+1 i'd like to hear peoples input. I think i might have made a thread about fluids, you might want to find that on the UMW and bump it with your question

Honda fluid

....however, if you have a higher mileage rear end, then try Royal Purple or more frequent fluid changes.

i used lucas, there is a guy that builds diffs for s2k's down in FL here and he swears by it.

Isn't synchromesh for the trans? Or is there a diff fluid by that name too?

I've used Honda and Synchromesh in the trans (at different times obviously) and used LE607 in the diff.
