What I did to my S2000 - 2011+
Over the past month or two I've:
Rebuilt the Vortech with ceramic bearings
Installed 928 billet impeller
Replaced 5" pulley with 3.55" pulley (18psi)
Competition ironman clutch

Aeromotive 340 pump
AEM V2 + serial/wideband gauges
3 BAR MAP
Converted to E85

Still need a larger heat exchanger/larger pump and need to plumb in the catch can.
