I crack up laughing for some reason everytime I see the two SNAP pictures in Urmils signature, what are they?

Here's a hint Road Rash, the first one (with the African-American kids), is a commercial from back in our day. It ran notoriously on Saturday morning cartoons, when Saturday morning cartoons were good (late '70s to mid-late '80s).

The bottom animation is just a recreation made by kids who are obviously too young to remember.

Ok, I knew the top one looked kinda 70's. SO this is back in the day when there was those Schoolhouse Rock intermissions in between the Justice League cartoons.
