I want to find someone around Minneapolis with s2k experience to tune my 01 w/Emanage ultimate. I am not heavily modded, drop in, snorkel, TP and soon, Fujitsubo exhaust. Most tuners are probably capable but I don't want my car to turn into someone

 

consumate just tuned an s2000 to have 656 HP

 

I know Ron at RS Motors has tuned a few S2ks. His shop has a very good reputation.

IMO, don't let Ron touch your car and no, he does not have a good reputation. Take your car to Shane at DB Performance in Rogers, MN if you want a good tune. He has experience on pretty much every car using every type of tuning software.

 

What is wrong with Ron? I get my car worked on at his shop all of the time. He is known for all motor hondas.

 

You could not be more wrong about RS Motors. The have been tuning cars in the twin cities longer than any shop I know of. You can't stay busy if you have a bad rep.

 

We all have our own opinions Just last weekend I fixed a Ron Evo tune and I've seen plenty of other bad ones. Shane has been tuning longer than Ron though so don't kid yourself there.
