Windshield Replacement
Has anyone in Michigan had to replace their's yet? I'm looking for a shop who's done one before. Called my salesman in Plymouth, and he said he has a cracked windshield also but is holding off construction ends (hell, it never ends in Michigan).
I am replacing mine tomorrow. The shop that I goes to has done a lot of BMW, MB, Ferrari, Lambo and Porsche. I have them repair my BMW without any problem.
I will let you know how is my replacement goes on Monday when I get the car back.

Thanks. I will be VERY interested to know how the install went. Sounds like the kinda shop I'm looking for. Our local shop said the window lists at $720. Thank goodness for insurance.
$720 just for the windshield
My whole job cost me $688. I just got my car back. It looks so new now. The installation was perfect. Since it is stock windshield, there is no difference between my car and when it was brand new. If you need more info and where I get it done. Feel free to PM me. I will get you more detail.
