car was parked in my driveway. there is some sidewalk construction by by house so had to be a truck or trailer trying to turn around and hit my without telling me. i live in a cul-de-sac type of street so it is very possible. happened friday morning. not quite sure whats going to happen as far as gettin it fixed up but i bet i will be footing the bill which sucks balls

anyone have a good shop by nw burbs that could fix this for a good price

that sucks man . . . i keep a weather eye out for some red trucks or trailers in the area over the coming week . . . and try to find one w/ some damage

that sucks make a police report anyway.
Also your plate sticker is expired

haha i knew someone was going to bring that up but the registration problems ive been having is a whole other dilemma to say the least but got it sorted out and im just waiting for it in the mail at this point

That really sucks. I had the same thing happen to me when I had my WRX. I was at work, some a-hole backed up in our lot to turn around, and come end of work I found my bumber lying on the ground and the back tail lights smashed. $500 later..... Sorry to see that, it sucks even more that they just drive away.

Sorry to hear what happened. Makes it even worst that you were parked in your driveway and still got hit. I guess one positive way to look at it is, it could've been worst. Good luck with your repairs.

people suck, dont you sometimes feel like our cars are a magnet for careless people everywhere to leave there mark of ignorance on? good luck with that.
