Default WTB S2000 CR

Looking to get into a CR, have cash and ready. I bank at US bank and we can withdrawl cash or do cashier check in person there.
Willing to travle up to 10 hours from Minneapolis.
Car should be clean, not raced, not tracked, no major modification to engine or suspension.
Clean title, no accident, no dent, no ding, no scratch, not driven in snow or winter months.
Title should be ready to sign over, no lien on title for smooth sale.

I don't want to meet the guy that never raced/tracked his CR.

Tracking/racing really isn't that bad for any car let alone an S2000. I wouldn't recommend that as a deal-breaker. The CR was built to be raced. It's in the name.

I'd use the term "gentlemen" very loosely j/k.
