Who is planning on going for the UMW party cabin? If I go (and I'm 99.9% in) I need to make sure I have a place to stay, but I'm unable to get my own hotel room.

Garrison, I think we need to start an official list for WTD for the entire UMW. This thread serves a purpose, but I think we need another one to see who is actually going to attend as it will be much easier that way.

I think I'll do that now.

I'm definately good to go, but I'm not registering for a couple weeks. Not sure if I want to bring the +1, and one of my friends may go also (with his '10 WRX if that's ok with the rules ), but im in like Flynn. The group cabin sounds cool too unless the gf decides to go. I'm pretty sure she wouldn't like that idea...

Keep in mind, the discount at Fontana runs out on March 15th, so be sure to book a room by then. Registration for the event goes til April 7th.

I don't think so, unless they're being awfully quiet.

The main issue here is getting the people who have said they are attending registered so that we can plan ahead. I know of only 4 people (out of like 10-15 who've said they are coming) that are registered.

Garrison why do you always say you can't get a room? Don't you have to be 18 to get a hotel, maybe 21 some places? What do I know.

I am down for a cabin or something.

I'm guessing its a fundage issue. In the past, people have shared cabins to reduce the cost, but without a decent group from UMW, that may not be possible.

Cabins sell out very quickly for this very reason, so for anyone on the fence due to accommodations, speak up, or we shall once again not have a good presence of people showing at WTD.

FWIW, Fontana only requires a single night deposit to hold a cabin (or room) and you've got 30 days prior to the event to get a refund and cancel it.
