can someone help?
Basically my S won't pass emmisions due to my mods and I need to see if someone would be willing to meet me at my friend's emmision shop so he can pass it 
It will take about 20 mins to run the emmissions, but sometimes the wait is 45 mins or so depending on how many people are in line. So total obiligation time is approx. 1 hour or so at the most!
If you can meet me in WVC and "help" out please PM me with what days you are available and in return I'll buy you lunch and pay for your gas!
