I'm thinking of going to the car show this week, so I can walk around and listen to all the idiots spread mis-information and ignorance. Anyone want to go?

That's the thing, I don't know. There's really no cars at the show I'm dying to see that I haven't already seen or driven. It's more to just get together and wander. It starts this Friday, and ends Monday. I'd say if we're gonna do it we should do it on Sunday, around noon. But if it's just going to be a few of us I say we don't worry about it.

 

I'm gonna go on Friday @ 10am and hopefully beat the crowds...I'm guessing most people aren't going to go because as you say...there's nothing really new to see.

 

I went with Dennis, nothing too exciting, but my friend wants to go tomorrow, so I will be there if anyone wants to meet up.

 

I know nobody knows me yet but unless I hear that it is not worth it I will be there Sunday morningish

 

I'm hitting it up today around 1:00

 

I went around 2pm today. The only cars that interested me was the Ford GT that was on display. The vert mustang looked like complete rubbish. That thing has a freaking 65 series tire on it. The new Jetta looks like a nice car. I like the new Benz SLK, I sat in that and I think I could drive that around. The EVO MR is pimp, but not $36k pimp. The vette of course is an awsome car. I sat in the new Audi A3. It's ok, although I don't like Audi's new front grill design. The Carerra GT is hot, as well as the few Enzo's they had.
