I would look at the utahscca forums I have found some good info about where to get good alignments.
Utah county Sid's in Springville behind the Walmart
Salt Lake Vals on Redwood rd.
We are taking our car to Vals tomorrow for alignment I'll ask about corner balancing - Your best bet is to come out to the track (miller) scca is having clubtrials someone is bound to have a corner balancer there.

Utah Region SCCA do have scales. There's usually a pre-season test and tune where they have the scales set up. The actually corner balancing using the scales you might have to do your self or some kind person might help you out.

Utah SCCA have scales. They do a test and tune every spring. It's largely self-service in terms of the adjustments, but the price is right. Use of the scales is free.

I'm not 100% positive, but I think Jason at Innovative Garage can do it. I'm not positive if he does it at his shop or at miller motorsports park though. I know he has talked about it before though. So he is at least a good place to start.
