LHM called my up today to tell me that the car they ordered for me is here.. One problem... It's RED..They will be getting a Yellow in on the 21st of June. I told him I'd wait. Oh man this is actually a good thing. I'm closing on my house next week, so I actually was hoping the car would be a little late. Well now it's a month late.

No he told me on the phone. But I did go down and check it out. It was right off the truck. It was still all wrapped up.

 

I never had the thrill of waiting. The day I walked on to the showroom floor, I walked away with a black 2001!

 

Same here - saw it on a rainy Friday night and put down a deposit in less than ten minutes. Came back next day and did it!! Picked up car that day and have never been sorry.

So the latest word on my car that was to arrive on the 21st is "it's been built and shipped." Could they be more vague? I called every dealer in a 100 mile radius, and nobody has one in stock. I'm hoping it comes in in the next week or 2. Or I'm going to be really pissed. Actually I'm hoping it shows up before this holiday weekend, but I'm doubting that.
