Exclamation Hardtop on the way!

Looking to see how difficult it's gonna be. According to Jeff (a.k.a. Hardtopguy) it's a fairly simple diy process - just tedious. Looking at the install instructions from HandA, nothing seems too complex for our mechanical skills.

We'll post pics of the process as we work on it (and the crate he sent it in - pretty impressive, I've been told). Just looking for any advice or tips for making the install go smoothly.

BTW - he's the guy to go to if you need a hardtop - great service!!

Jaime & Libby

Congrats! That sale on the spa yellow is hard to pass up. Wish there was a similar deal for the better colors ... like silverstone metallic.

I hear ya Mike...

Good luck with the install Jaime and let us know if you need any help. It would be nice to practice...I mean see it installed on another vehicle first.

Ha ha - I guess we deserve the ribbing from you guys, since we appear to be in the color minority now Here is an interesting read on yellow being the new "red". Although Libby and I both agree that msm's car is pretty awesome in black. Not to mention that a black or silver Porsche is much more "agressive" looking than a yellow one. Just like to stand out - yellow does that for us!

Dennis - thanks for the offer - I might call you (you're just a few blocks away, I believe) if we run into any real trouble. Fingers crossed Lib and I can get it installed with no real hassles. Either way, we'll take step-by-step photos of the process. Thinking of removing panels tonight to get a head start.
