Default Looking for work?

I just started my new job today

Found out they just let go of the manager to make room for me and 2 employees quit with a possible 3rd if he can't pass their life insurance exam this Friday. This leaves the possibility of me running the office by myself until I can find suitable replacements.

Have 2-3 openings in Orem.

Company: American General Finance

Position: Management Trainee

Compensation: 30-35k salary DOE + commissions and bonuses. Full Benefits, 401k, retirement, etc. Rasies every 6 months until you are promoted to Asst Mgr or Sr Asst Mgr.

Link to job description on Careerbuilder

If you are interested in the job please apply online and give me a call for an interview. Let any friends and family know as I need employess ASAP and help out the community

If I was finished with school, I'd love to apply. I'm looking for work, but can't seem to find anywhere that will work around my school.

How much of it is sales and what are you selling? I don't mind sales, but I hate that being my only source of income (commission), and I hate selling products/services that I don't believe in myself... Sales is just typically so shady, and I'm not a shady guy.

But I am making 35k now, at a fairly dead-end job (IT) with horrible benefits other than plenty of PTO. I do have a Bachelor's in Psychology, I graduated High School, I've had a few sales jobs, and even have worked in the world of credit (Lexington Law/Creditrepair.com).

Any more details on the position? What's the raise every 6 months? Orem is a bit of a drive, but it could be worth it...
