Welcome to the wonderful world of owning an S2000!!! Have you driven a 2001 S2000 so you can tell me the comparison of the "refined shifting."? Does the glass rear window impede your rear vision at all? Thanks and welcome!

It is a wonderful world huh. I can't comment on the shifting. I have only driven a 2002. The glass rear window doesn't impede the vision at all....atleast when it's down. I'm still getting used to the massive blindspots this car has but rearward visibility is very good. I have no complaints so far.

Anytime is good for me, I really have no preferences. As for where to meet I don't car either. I know downtown SLC pretty well but the surrounding areas not so much. Let me know and I'll be there

It was very nice to meet you also Mark. Man, that yellow sure is good looking. I'll have to wash and wax mine in the next few days. I do a have quick question. What do you all use when you wash your S2k? The owner's manual also says not to use high-pressure guns so that basically rules out any car wash. Do you just wash it all at home or do you take it somewhere to do it? Thanks again mark for showing me your S2k. That is one awesome machine.

That's a sin to wash your S2000 at a high pressure car wash.. It needs to be wash by hand it does not take that long (about 30 mins) and it better the any High pressure car wash..
