I guess the bumper cap is not what i meant. What i'm trying to buy is that circular plastic thing that cover the tow hook.

Then select bumpers. It's item #52. There are several part numbers as they come pre-painted. 12 bucks and change. Pick up some filters or other staples to make the shipping worthwhile. Or find the part number and order from your local dealer to save the shipping.
