I've been driving mine almost everyday, it handles amazing with the Blizzak WS-60's I have. I have better traction in my S2000 then my gf does with All season tires on her WRX.
Yes! Buying blizzaks is one of the best decisions I've made this winter! Loads of fun driving into work this morning on un-plowed roads! I hope we have the same style topic this coming summer on summer tires.

yokohama ice guard ig20's here.. couldn't get up a steep, unplowed hill when the snow was coming down hard, but everything else has been great..

i bought them non-staggered, (225 all around), as the 205's were out of stock.. the car's extremely tail happy, but i don't mind.. i don't think drifting the whole way around uphill sweepers will ever lose it's charm

You guys have balls.... I'm too slammed for snow - even at stock height I think it'd be too low!

My car remains in the garage waiting to be put back together. I'm sportin the '82 Tercel this winter

lol,~ for those ppl wants to drive in snow i dare u come to burnaby and not drive on the main road.
it's 35 cm , i can't even get back in my garage (suv without snow tires)
and i bet if u have lower ur car, u'll be driving home without a front bumper (ground clearence).
Don't worry, the bumper is not going to come off. Ive seen a car lowered to about 1.5" from the ground (amuse lip to ground clearance), and drive in a 1.5 ft snow storm in TO.

No worries

Not too sure about you, but I finally got my car stuck yesterday, TWICE.

The snow was higher than the door level I managed to get the car highsided on the snow. A few minutes of going back and forth compacting/ploughing the snow and I got the car free. I managed to get the car out while the UPS truck in front of me couldn't.

When the snow is that high, no car will get out without a shovel.

No thanks. Arnt you guys worried about some jackass plowing into you? Buy a beater. My 93 integra with winter tires flew up the hill with a foot of snow the other day without breaking a sweat.

It was fresh powder during a heavy snow storm, I don't think that was the case with you.

Buying a beater for the miniscule/short period of snow we get here in Vancouver is not the most financially sound choice in my opinion.

But, each to his own.
