EDIT: i guess the car i was talking about had been sitting there for ~8months. with ~80xxx kms. Had two acidents(cosmetics i was told) one was over 2000, as the bumper had to be replaced, fender then paint. (no frame damage on carfax) Interior was 7.5/10. and the best the guy would do was 21000. So i walked away.
