I have a friend with the police and he was telling me that the lower mainland departments are running an "enhanced traffic enforcement" campaign to coincide with the darker days.

I can tell, I have been seeing more people pulled over and more Patrol all over the road. KEEP it safe people and drive smart.

so the traffic should be much safer during darker days, but normal times it doesn't matter much?
