Front bumper lip?

i was just surfin around for front bumpers and found this, anyone know if this is a lip or is it a full bumper lip itself?

looks similar to the amuse R1 but with extended lip...

Looks to me like two seperate pieces, bumper and lip.

Its a one-off amuse front bumper.

The owner re-made the bottom part himself for more downforce.
