weird, i noticed that on a friend's new civic and it never made sense why the a/c couldn't be manually turned off. i guess the dealer must've changed it for me since i can toggle mine on and off

 

Joey, I think it's only on 2002+. Maybe Rob or xviper can confirm this.

 

I unplugged the battery over the winter and had to dig this up and do it again. I was also asked if this will work on the '04 - can someone with an '04 try this?

BTW, it works for all CRV and 02+ S2000
