I don't usually post on forum but I think enough is enough. What was this incident since? 2009 right. Whoever have brain, please think, think logically. Why J's racing keep accusing A&J for copying their products? What is the ultimate reason for doing that? Answer is: $$$$$$$$. And if, I said if A&J really did copy their products. All they have to do is to sue them and get compensate, right. They never did it, instead, they keep posting on some forums or blogs. Why? Becuase they don't have the evidence. If they do, they sue them long time ago. Do they have to post on this forum and others to bad mouth A&J. Guys, please use your brain next time. Don't be a follower, be a leader.

When you think about that, you have a point. Oh well, Ben and Jason? i believe his name was, been giving me top notch customer service when i go there.

 

regardless of the outcome-

the letter is dated 2009- do you have any idea how long it would take for something to go through the courts in BC being that both companys are in two different countries.

sooner or later everything will probably come out and we will all know the truth.

 

This. After all the affidavits(because they know each other personally and have had conversations between the two of them ) and what not, it will likely take over a year. Then if they dont settle out of court, and if it does reach court it would take few sessions( 6 months) then after that they would have to cross examine aka we are in the second year of this bs so things like this take a very long time.


Then after all this is done AJr has the right to take them to court for Defimation.

I am not a lawyer( was layer ). non of this is any type of advice just knowledge. So mr Lom think with your head also.

I agree with Mike though. lom, please tell us, what was the point of your post? No-one here is dissing AJR or giving them a hard time. For all we know they've ALREADY settled.
