Hello s2k owners. My S2k's soft top got cut by some asshole. I just report to ICBC claim centre and will get new soft top soon. Have anyone replace your soft top before? Where? Richmond Honda would be best? Please give me some advise who had fixed yours before. T.T I am soooooo sad. Another question is would that be same like original soft top when the car was new? BTW, mine is 2008 S2K. Thanks guys.

best bet is to go to any dealer that OFFERS fixing your soft top. lol its a huge job.

 

icbc might try to send you to a specific shop. they most likely will not use an OEM top due to the cost.

also, they might only pay for part of the cost since soft tops are considered consumable.

anyways, let me know if they try to force you to pay more than your deductible.

That's sucks. I would like to know where this happened too! I believe Doug (Angelus) got his top replaced before, I think from Kingsway Honda. Hopefully he see's this and chimes in.

Oh yeah, it happened in DT on Thurlow and a Davie even parked side a street. Shit maybe drunk crazy ppl.

 

its an 08, so things may be in your favour since there shouldnt be much wear and tear on it

 

ya = = if it's a 2000 like mine , ICBC would only pay for half of the price
